De Gavers, a nature-reserve quarry in Deerlijk–Harelbeke, is accessible only to paying West Flemish dive clubs (guest dives via affiliated clubs), features jetty entry, sandy bottom with vegetated green zones, and fish like pike, zander (pike-perch) and roach, with generally limited—occasionally good—visibility.
